Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 September 2026. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use this website or contact us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
We collect very little personal data.
There are no user accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website. We process information you choose to send us — for example by email or when booking a call — plus limited technical data needed to operate and secure the site.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising or profiling. We disclose it only to the service providers needed to run the website and communicate with you, or where the law requires us to.
Who is responsible
The data controller is CloudDudes SRL, the company behind the Creavanti brand, registered in Romania.
Full company details are shown at the foot of this page.
For questions about your personal data, or to exercise any of the rights described below, write to contact@creavanti.com.
What we collect, and why
If you email us
We receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever information you choose to include in your message.
We use that information to reply, understand your request and continue the conversation where relevant.
Our legal basis is normally our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing professional relationships. Where you contact us personally with a view to entering into a contract with us, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.
If an enquiry does not lead to a client relationship, we normally review or delete the correspondence within 24 months of our last meaningful contact.
If you become a client, relevant correspondence may be kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards where necessary for accounting, legal or claims-related purposes.
If you book a 20-minute check
We process the information you enter on the booking page, such as your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your situation or the problem you want to discuss.
If the booking form includes an optional phone-number field and you choose to fill it in, we use it only where needed for scheduling or call logistics.
We use the information to arrange, prepare for and hold the call, and to send the written follow-up described on our site.
The same legal bases and general retention rules described above apply.
Booking now happens on creavanti.com itself. When you confirm a time:
- the booking is stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, in which we keep your name, email address, the time you chose, your timezone and anything you typed into the optional fields;
- the meeting is created in Zoho Calendar, which means Zoho receives your name and email address in order to create the event and send you the calendar invitation;
- the confirmation email is sent through Zoho Mail.
If you arrived through a campaign link, your browser stores the campaign parameters that were in that link for the length of your visit, and sends them with the booking so we know which campaign it came from. This is kept in your browser’s session storage rather than in a cookie, it is discarded when you close the tab, and it does not identify you or follow you to other websites. Blocking it does not stop you booking.
If you arrived from a Google Ads advertisement, that link also carries a click identifier which Google adds to it. We store it with your booking and report back to Google Ads that the click resulted in a booking, so we can tell which advertisements are worth paying for. That report is sent from our server, which is why this site still needs no advertising cookies and no consent banner. The identifier says nothing about who you are, and we do not use it to build a profile or to advertise to you elsewhere.
If you use “What to automate first”
The tool asks about one of your processes and gives you a recommendation. While you complete it, your answers and result stay in your browser and are not sent to Creavanti or to an AI service. The assessment logic runs locally in your browser; no AI model is used to produce the result.
That changes only if you ask us to email you the written assessment. If you do, we receive and store the email address you provide, your first name and company if you choose to add them, the answers you gave and the result you were shown.
We use this information to send the assessment you requested, to keep a record of the recommendation we gave you and to respond if you choose to continue the conversation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and keeping an accurate record of the assessment we provided.
If the assessment does not lead to a client relationship, we normally review or delete this information within 24 months of our last meaningful contact. If you become a client, relevant information may be retained under the rules that apply to our client relationship.
If you separately tick the optional box asking to receive occasional practical notes from Creavanti, we also use your email address for that purpose. The legal basis for those emails is your consent. The box is unticked by default, and asking for the assessment does not subscribe you to anything else. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to the email or writing to contact@creavanti.com.
Please describe the process rather than the confidential data inside it. The tool does not ask for customer names, account details, passwords, credentials or other confidential information, and you should not enter them.
Server and security logs
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may record limited technical information such as your IP address, request time, browser or user-agent information and requested URLs.
This information is used only to deliver the site, investigate errors, prevent abuse and maintain security.
We do not use server logs to profile visitors or for advertising.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website. Logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, in accordance with the retention settings of the relevant infrastructure provider.
Cookies
The Creavanti website itself does not set advertising, analytics or other non-essential cookies. That is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie-consent banner when you visit the site.
The booking page does not set cookies either. It stores your campaign parameters, if you arrived through a campaign link, in your browser’s session storage — described under “If you book a 20-minute check” above.
Who else may receive your data
We use a small number of service providers to operate the business, including providers for:
- website hosting, infrastructure and the booking database (Cloudflare);
- calendar and meeting links (Zoho);
- email (Zoho);
- scheduling and bookings.
Where required by the GDPR, these providers operate under appropriate data-processing terms.
We disclose only the data necessary for them to provide the relevant service.
We do not sell personal data and we do not disclose it to third parties for advertising.
International transfers
We prefer services that store relevant service data within the European Economic Area.
Some providers may nevertheless allow limited access to or processing of data from outside the EEA, for example for technical support or service operation.
Where this happens, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Zoho states that its European services use EU data centres and that any relevant access from outside the EEA is protected by appropriate contractual and supplementary safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and the legal basis we rely on, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete personal data;
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive certain data in a portable format, where that right applies.
To exercise a right, write to contact@creavanti.com.
We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a request is unusually complex and the GDPR allows us additional time, we will tell you within that first month.
You also have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority.
In Romania, this is ANSPDCP — Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top.
Where appropriate, and where we have a lawful way to contact you, we may also notify you directly.
Audience measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It works without cookies and without fingerprinting: it stores nothing on your device and builds no profile of you. It records the page requested, the site you arrived from, and the country, browser and device type derived from the request itself. We cannot identify you from any of it, and there is nothing for you to switch off — which is why this site shows no cookie banner. Cloudflare acts as our processor under contract.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
