DevOps, cloud migration and optimisation

We set up and run the cloud infrastructure behind your software — migration to the cloud, automated deployments, monitoring, security and cost optimisation — so it stays fast, secure and online without you having to think about it.

Sound familiar? Businesses whose software is now important enough that downtime, a breach or a runaway cloud bill would really hurt.

What you get

  • A move to the cloud without downtime or a rewrite
  • Your software stays online — no surprise outages
  • Updates ship safely, without breaking what works
  • A cloud bill you understand, usually a smaller one

A fixed-scope first step

The cloud & delivery review

Before anyone proposes a migration, a platform or a retainer, we look at what you already run and answer the four questions that decide whether it is mature or just in the cloud.

  • Releases — can a small change reach production safely and predictably?
  • Environments — could another engineer recreate and explain them?
  • Cost — can you explain what the cloud costs, and why?
  • Operations — will your team notice a problem before a customer does?

You get a written report: what is sound, what is risky, and what we would fix first, in order. It is yours to act on with us, with your own team, or with someone else.

Scope and a fixed price are agreed in writing before we start.

Consultancies and cloud partners can also bring us in on a client environment, as senior DevOps capacity working in English.

How it works

  1. 01Cloud migration — from your own servers, or from another provider
  2. 02CI/CD: automated, safe deployments instead of manual releases
  3. 03Monitoring, alerting, backups and access control set up properly
  4. 04Cost optimisation — right-sizing what you pay for, and keeping it that way

Common questions

Can you migrate us to the cloud?

Yes — that's one of the most common jobs we take. We move you from your own servers or from another provider, in planned steps, without a rewrite and without downtime your customers would notice. You keep working while it happens.

What does DevOps actually mean for my business?

In plain terms: keeping your software online, fast and safe, and making updates ship without breaking things. It's the behind-the-scenes work that prevents outages, data loss and surprise cloud bills — so you can trust the tools your business runs on.

Can you take over infrastructure someone else built?

Yes. We regularly step into existing setups — review what's there, fix the risky parts, cut wasted cost, and make deployments safe. You don't need to start over.

Will this reduce our cloud bill?

Often, yes. Many companies pay for cloud they don't use or that's sized wrong. We review your usage and right-size it — the savings frequently cover the cost of the work, and we keep watching it afterwards rather than optimising once and leaving.
