Discovery & strategy
Discovery is a short, structured phase where we learn your goals, map how you work today, and figure out exactly what's worth building or automating — before anyone writes a line of code.
Sound familiar? Anyone who knows something's slowing them down but isn't sure what to build or automate.

What you get
- Clarity on what to build or automate first — and what to skip
- An honest plan with realistic time and cost, before you commit
- Less risk of paying to build the wrong thing
- A shared picture your whole team understands
How it works
- A working session to understand your goals and constraints
- A map of how the work happens today, step by step
- The highest-value opportunities, ranked by effort and payoff
- A clear recommendation and next step — no obligation to continue
Common questions
I don't know what can be automated — is that a problem?
That's exactly what discovery is for. You don't need the answer — you just need to know where it hurts. We find the repetitive, time-eating work and tell you what's worth automating and what isn't.
How long does discovery take?
Usually a session or two plus a short write-up — days, not weeks. It's deliberately lightweight: enough to make a confident decision, without a big upfront project before you've committed to anything.
Do I have to keep working with you afterwards?
No. You leave discovery with a clear plan you own and can take anywhere. We'd like to build it with you, but there's no obligation — the recommendation is honest either way.
