Working with teams across Europe

From how you work, to software that works.

Creavanti is a software & IT company for startups and SMEs across Europe: we work out what's worth building, build it — websites, apps, custom software, process automation — and keep it working after launch.

Before and after

What changes, in practice

Your week now

  • The same jobs, retyped by hand
  • The same customer in three systems
  • A cloud bill nobody can explain
  • Customers tell you it's down

Your week with Creavanti

  • Done overnight, on its own
  • Typed once, right everywhere
  • Costs you can trace, line by line
  • The alert reaches you first

Examples of the four problems above, solved. What changes in your case comes out of the 20-minute check — we won't guess at it here.

How we work with you

One team, from the first conversation to years after launch

Small enough that you talk to the people doing the work, and around long enough to still know your business in three years. Clear enough to know where you're going — flexible enough to change when you learn something.

  1. 01Understand
    • Your goals, your limits, the people who'll actually use it.
    • You talk to the people who'll do the work — in your words, not ours.
  2. 02Shape
    • Scope, plan and cost, agreed before anything is built.
    • The plan is yours. You can take it anywhere.
  3. 03Build & ship
    • Delivered in short steps you can see, not one long silence.
    • Design, engineering and infrastructure under one roof — no vendor relay.
  4. 04Run & improve
    • Monitoring, fixes and updates, so it doesn't quietly rot.
    • Your business shifts; the software shifts with it, instead of being replaced.

Every one of these starts the same way.

Who we are

Every skill the job needs, already here

Discovery, product, design, engineering, then the people who keep it running — the disciplines it actually takes, in the order you actually need them. When a job calls for a specialist we don't have to hand, we bring one in rather than improvise.

Discovery & innovation

Before anything gets built: research to find what's worth doing, when nobody's sure yet what the answer is.

Product, not just code

Someone whose job is working out what's worth building before anyone writes it. That's what stops you paying for software nobody ends up using.

Design & usability

Screens your team can use on the first morning without training, and that your customers never need explained to them.

Engineering & infrastructure

Then it gets built and put live — hosting, deployment, reliability. You don't get handed the code and left to it.

Support after launch

Software needs tending as your business changes. Someone answers when something breaks, and keeps it current afterwards.

Plain words, always

No jargon, no talking over your head. If we ever explain something you can't repeat to your own team, that's on us.

FAQ

Common questions

Still not sure?

Ask a real question, get a straight answer. No sales sequence, no obligation.

contact@creavanti.com
How much does it cost to automate a manual process?

It depends on the process, but most start small: we scope one repetitive job, quote a fixed first phase, and expand once it's paying for itself in saved hours. You get an honest estimate before any build.

How long does it take to build a custom web app?

A focused first version typically ships in weeks, not months. We start with discovery to lock the scope, deliver in short steps you can see, then make it solid and grow it — so you get something usable early instead of waiting for one huge launch at the end.

Do I need to know what solution I need?

No. Most useful conversations start with a task that keeps eating time, a system everyone works around, or an idea nobody has tested yet. Working out whether the answer is a build, an automation, a change to what you already have — or nothing at all — is our job, not yours.

Can you improve or take over existing software?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We take on systems someone else built, or that nobody has looked at in years, and make them faster, safer to change and cheaper to run. We will tell you honestly if replacing something costs less than keeping it.

What happens after launch?

We stay on it. Monitoring, fixes, updates, and the changes your business needs next. The code is yours and you can take it elsewhere whenever you like — but you will not be handed the code and left to it.

The 20-Minute Check

Let's find out what's worth building.

A free 20-minute call, then a short written list of the manual work in your week that software could be doing instead — what's worth automating, what isn't, and what it would take.

No sales pressure, no obligation. If nothing's worth doing, we'll say so.

What we send you afterwards

  • The three tasks costing you the most hours
  • What each one would take to automate — plainly, and roughly how long
  • What to leave alone, and why

The call takes 20 minutes. The written list follows afterwards, within two working days.
